We do not utilise generic ‘off-the-shelf’ methods, that often fall short of the specialist needs of our customers.

We are not affiliated with the larger consulting houses or BPOs, enabling us to be agile and selective in our projects, always ensuring they are a 100% fit to our specialist capabilities. Every member of the Guild is hand-picked based upon their tenure and experience in the customer service sector.
